  • Language preference (if provided by Facebook)

  • Order details you provide through chat

Order or Delivery Information (only if you place an order)

If you decide to purchase something, we may request:

  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Preferred delivery time
  • Product details (color, size, quantity)
  • Payment method (Cash on Delivery only — we do NOT store card/bank details)

Data Retention

We keep:

  • Basic chat interaction data  as long as it helps us improve support
  • Order-related data only as long as legally required for accounting & delivery record
  • Deleted-user data permanently removed and not recoverable
  • We do not keep unnecessary or outdated user data. 

5. Data Deletion (Your Rights)

You may request deletion anytime.

How to request deletion:

What will be deleted

  • Facebook ID & profile data, Phone number, Address, Order details, Any messages that identify you
  • All identifiable information will be removed within 30 days.
  • We will send a confirmation once the deletion is completed.

6. Sharing of Data

We only share your data with:

  • Delivery partners (to deliver your product)
  • Customer support team (to resolve issues)
  • We never share your information with advertisers, marketing agencies, or third-party businesses.

7. Children’s Privacy

Mazic Chatbot is not intended for children under 15 years.
