  • Payment Information: Payment details processed securely via PayPal for website orders, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for chatbot orders. Note: We do not store credit card or bank details on our servers.
  • Comments & Reviews: Data shown in the comments/reviews form, plus your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
  • Media: If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract this data.
  • Chatbot Messages: Inquiries, product searches, and order details sent to the Mazic Chatbot.

b) Automatically Collected Information:

  • Browsing Data: Products you’ve viewed, location, IP address, and browser type (used for estimating taxes, shipping, and improving user experience).
  • Facebook Profile Data: When using the Mazic Chatbot, Facebook provides limited public profile information (Facebook Name, User ID, and language preference).
  • Analytics: Anonymous analytics to understand visitor counts and improve site/bot performance.

We use cookies and temporary caching to improve your experience and keep track of cart contents while you browse.

  • Spam Detection & Avatars: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. An anonymized string (hash) from your email may be sent to Gravatar to display your profile picture.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or needed to prevent fraud/security issues.

6. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images). This content behaves exactly as if you visited the other website. These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with their embedded content.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

  • Orders & Accounts: Stored as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Comments & Reviews: Retained indefinitely to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments.
  • Chatbot Data: Basic interactions are kept as long as they help improve support. Unnecessary data is routinely purged.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information, including secure, encrypted cloud databases and Meta/Facebook security guidelines. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security tracking.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have complete control over your personal data. You can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it (excluding data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes).

All identifiable chatbot information (Facebook ID, phone number, address) will be removed within 30 days of your request.

Our services, including the Mazic Chatbot, are not intended for children under 15 years of age.
