4. Dabi (Automated Assistant) Specifics
Dabi assists customers on Facebook with product browsing, pricing inquiries, and order placement.

- Final Confirmation: Final order details, stock availability, and delivery charges are subject to confirmation before dispatch.

- Instant Delivery: Selecting “Instant Delivery” requires the product value to be paid in advance via bKash. You must provide a payment screenshot to the chatbot for verification. Delivery charges for Instant orders are paid directly to the rider.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided on the Website or by Dabi are estimates. We utilize third-party logistics partners to fulfill orders. We will call the provided receiver’s mobile number before attempting delivery.
7. Trial on Delivery, Returns & Refunds
We offer a “Trial on Delivery” policy to ensure your complete satisfaction:
- Check Before Payment: You are required to check the product in front of the delivery rider.
- Defective Items: If the item is defective or does not match the description, it must be returned instantly with the rider.
