Return & Refund Policy
1. When Can You Return an Item? You can request a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described (please send us a quick photo or video on our Facebook page or WhatsApp).
- The size or color does not match what you ordered.
- You received the wrong product.
Note: To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
2. Replacements & Out of Stock Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a replacement right away. If the exact item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for the product—no questions asked.
3. Instant Refunds We value your time, so we process refunds instantly as soon as your return is approved!
- Digital Payments: Refunds to your Credit/Debit card, bKash, or Nagad are triggered immediately from our end. (Please note: Your bank or mobile wallet may take a short time to update your balance).
- Technical Errors: If a website glitch causes you to be charged twice, we will refund the duplicate payment immediately upon verification.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable, as those are paid directly to the delivery courier.
4. Policy Updates We may occasionally update these rules. If we do, we will post a clear notice on our website, and the changes will take effect immediately.
