Using Mazic Chatbot means you agree to these terms. - Service Description
The bot helps with product browsing, pricing, order placement. Stock/price may be inaccurate sometimes; human confirmation is required. - Orders & Delivery
- Delivery time is an estimate.
- Delivery charges shown by the bot may vary.
- Final confirmation is done before dispatch.
- Returns & Refunds
Check the product in front of the rider. Defective items must be returned instantly. Change of mind = delivery fee must be paid. After the rider leaves, no cancellation/refund.
- User Conduct
No spam, abusive messages, or system misuse. Violations may lead to blocking. - Contact

- Type “Remove my data”
