1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or buying from OnBajar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2) Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • OnBajar may suspend or close accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy breaches.

3) Products & Availability

  • Images and specs are for reference; minor variations may occur.
  • Stock and prices may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order with full refund of any payment received.

4) Pricing, VAT & Invoices

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). VAT and other taxes apply as per law and will be shown at checkout/invoice.
  • Promotional prices/coupons are subject to terms and validity periods.

5) Orders & Contract

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch/shipment confirmation.
  • If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will cancel and refund any payment received.

6) Payment

  • Accepted methods: Cash on Delivery (COD, where available), bKash/Nagad/Rocket, debit/credit cards, and other gateways shown at checkout.
  • For prepaid orders, payment is captured at order time. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original method.

7) Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh via third-party couriers. Estimated timelines and fees are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or designated pickup/recipient.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Return window: within 30 days of invoice date for eligible items, with original invoice and packaging.
  • Eligible outcomes: exchange or store credit; refunds where required by law or specified on the product page.
  • Non-returnable: perishable goods, hygiene items, undergarments, software/codes, customized products, and anything marked “Final Sale,” except for manufacturing defects or wrong item delivered.
  • Faulty/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video as evidence.
  • Return shipping: as stated on the returns page; OnBajar covers costs for approved defects/wrong items.

9) Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (if any) apply as stated on the product page or warranty card. OnBajar does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.

10) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • One code per order unless stated otherwise. Not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers are not replaceable.
  • We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

11) User Content & Reviews

  • By posting reviews or content, you grant OnBajar a non-exclusive right to use and display that content on our platforms.
  • Content must not be illegal, misleading, defamatory, or infringe others’ rights.

12) Prohibited Uses

No fraudulent orders, resale without permission, interference with the site, scraping, or use that violates Bangladeshi law.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on OnBajar (logos, text, graphics, photos) is owned by or licensed to OnBajar and protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy or use it without permission.

14) Third-Party Services & Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services (including payment gateways and couriers). Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnBajar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OnBajar against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

17) Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it before using the site.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

19) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a new version on onbajar.com. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
